By creating an account or using Mazelvite, you agree to these terms. If you use Mazelvite for an organization or another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Using Mazelvite
You must provide accurate account and event information, keep access links and account sessions secure, and use the service only for lawful events and communications. You are responsible for the guest information, designs, text, images, audio, links, and other content you upload or enter.
Invitations and delivery
Mazelvite helps prepare and deliver invitation links, but delivery can depend on email providers, mobile applications, recipient settings, network conditions, and host actions. A host-assisted text or WhatsApp task is not represented as delivered by Mazelvite merely because a message composer was opened.
Credits and payments
Displayed credit packages and taxes are shown before checkout. One first-send household credit is consumed according to the rules shown in the product. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider. Refunds, disputes, reversals, and unavailable consumed credits are handled according to the transaction record and applicable law.
Your content
You retain rights you already hold in your content and grant Mazelvite permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to provide the service. You must not upload content that infringes rights, contains malware, is unlawful, or is intended to abuse or deceive recipients.
Acceptable use
Do not probe or bypass access controls, scrape private guest information, send spam, impersonate another person, interfere with service operation, or use invitation links to distribute harmful content. Mazelvite may restrict or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service.
Availability and changes
Mazelvite may update features, providers, limits, pricing, or these terms as the service develops. Planned maintenance, provider outages, and unexpected failures may temporarily affect availability. Material changes will be reflected in updated terms or product notices where appropriate.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Mazelvite is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Hosts remain responsible for confirming critical event details and contacting guests through another method when delivery or attendance information is time-sensitive.
