Mazelvite provides digital invitation, guest-management, delivery, and RSVP tools. This policy explains the categories of information involved and the operational purposes for which they are used.
Information Mazelvite processes
Mazelvite processes account details, event information, invitation designs and uploads, guest-household records, delivery destinations, RSVP responses, host messages, billing records, and technical security records needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, create and publish invitations, deliver invitation links, manage guest access, record RSVPs, process credits and payments, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, provide support, and maintain service reliability.
Service providers
Mazelvite uses infrastructure and service providers to host the application and private files, send email, and process payments. Those providers receive only the information needed for their role. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Mazelvite.
Guest information
Hosts are responsible for entering guest information they are authorized to use for their event. Guest invitation links are private bearer links and should not be posted publicly or forwarded to unrelated people.
Files and retention
Files actively referenced by the current, published, or sent invitation are retained so the invitation remains usable. Unused event media becomes eligible for cleanup after the configured post-event retention period. Billing, security, and audit records may be retained longer where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Security
Mazelvite uses scoped access controls, encrypted transport, private object storage, signed provider webhooks, hashed access tokens, validation, rate limits, and audit records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Choices and requests
Account holders may request help reviewing or correcting their account information. Hosts control their event and guest records, subject to records that must be retained for security, billing, dispute, or legal purposes.
